【摘要】:TheDINV18599seriesofprestandardsprovidesamethodologyforcalculatingtheoverallenergybalanceofbuildings.Thedescribedalgorithmisapplicabletothecalculationofenergybalancesfor:--residentialbuildingsandnon-residentialbuildings;--plannedornewbuildingconstructionandexistingbuildings.Theprocedureforcalculatingthebalancesissuitablefor:--balancingtheenergyuseofbuildingswithpartiallypre-determinedboundaryconditions;balancingtheenergyuseofbuildingswithfreely-selectableboundaryconditionsfromthegeneralengineeringaspect,e.g.withtheobjectiveofachievingagoodcomparisonbetweencalculatedandmeasuredenergyratings.Thebalancecalculationstakeintoaccounttheenergyusefor:--heating,--ventilation,--airconditioningandcontrol(includingcoolingandhumidification),--heatingthedomestichotwatersupply,and--lightingofbuildings,includingtheadditionalelectricpowerinput(auxiliaryenergy)whichisdirectlyrelatedtotheenergysupply.Thisdocumentspecifiestheapprovedmethodofverifyingthemonthlyandannualenergyuseforlightinginnon-residentialbuildings.Themethoddescribedincludesthedivisionofabuildingintozonesasrequiredforlightingtechnologypurposes,determinationofthespecificelectricpowerrequirements("electricalevaluationpower")oftheartificiallightingsystem,aswellasconsiderationsonthewayinwhichdaylightisutilizedandtheeffectsofpresencedetectionsystems.ToachievelightingenergyeMciency,suitablelightingandlightingcontrolsystemsshallbeemployedandtheavailabledaylightshallbeutilizedtothebestpossibleextent.Themethoddescribedhereonlydealswiththelightingsystemsneededtoachieveminimumlightingrequirements.AccordingtotheprovisionsofDINEN12464-1andreferencedocuments[6]und[7],alightingsystemshallbedesignedinsuchawaythatthelightingrequirementsofaspecificspacearemetwithoutneedlesslyincreasingtheenergyuse.Atthesametime,theenergyuseshallnotbereducedtothedetrimentofthequalityofthelightingconditions.Figure2showsthescopeofthepresentdocumentasadiagram.Forthereader'sorientation,allotherpartsoftheDIN18599seriesofprestandardscontainanillustrationsimilartoFigure2asshownhere,andinwhichtherespectiveenergycomponentsdealtwithareshownincolour.

【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedforusebymaterialsuppliers,aircrafttransparentenclosurefabricators,airframemanufacturers,governmentagencies,andothersthatmaybecomeinvolvedinthetestingoftransparentinterlayermaterials.Thesetestmethodsprovidedataonbothindividualinterlayermaterialsandmaterialcombinationscommonlyusedinthefabricationofaerospacetransparentenclosuresandprovideameansofevaluatingtheperformanceofoneinterlayermaterialagainstanother.Primarycharacteristicsandtheirlong-termstabilityarecriticaltotheperformanceofaninterlayermaterial.Basictestsdefinetheas-manufacturedmaterialcharacteristicsoftheinterlayermaterial.Ageingproceduresprovideforrepresentativeexposuretoenvironmentsthatmayinducechangesinmaterialcharacteristics.Testsperformedbeforeandafterageingexposureprovideameansofestimatingthepotentialuseablelife-spanofaninterlayermaterialortocomparethedurabilityofoneinterlayermaterialwithanother.Whenemployingthesetestmethodsforthecomparisonofinterlayermaterialsafterexposuretoselectedenvironmentalconditions,theusershallbeawarethatmanyfactorsinfluencingdegradationduetoweatheringvaryfromonelocationandexposureperiodtoanotherlocationandexposureperiod.Fordirectweatheringcomparisons,theinterlayermaterialstobecomparedshallbesubjectedtotheexposureandhavethetestsperformedatthesametime.Itisemphasizedthatthetestvaluesobtainedunderthesesimultaneouslyappliedconditionsareforcomparativeuseandtheiruseasdesigncharacteristicsshallbemadewithcaution.Thetestmethodslistedincludethoseconsideredcriticaltotheperformanceofaircrafttransparentenclosures.Theuserisadvisedtousethelatestrevisionofanytestmethod.1.1Thisguidesummarizesthestandardtestmethodsavailablefordeterminingphysicalandmechanicalcharacteristicsofinterlayermaterialsusedinmulti-plyaerospacetransparentenclosures.1.2Interlayermaterialsareusedtolaminateglass-to-glass,glass-to-plastic,andplastic-to-plastic.Interlayermaterialsarebasicallytransparentadhesiveswithhigh-qualityopticalproperties.Theycanalsoserveasanenergyabsorbingmedium,afail-safemembranetocontaincockpitpressureandtoprevententryofimpactdebris;astraininsulatortoaccommodatedifferentthermalexpansionratesofmembersbeinglaminatedandasanadherenttopreventspallingofinnersurfaceplymaterialfragments.Therelativeimportanceofaninterlayercharacteristicwillbeafunctionoftheprimeuseitservesinitsparticularapplication.1.3Thisguide,asasummaryofvariousmethodsinSection2,isintendedtofacilitatetheselectionofteststhatcanbeappliedtointerlayermaterials.1.4Thetestmethodslistedareforuseindeterminingbasicdesigncharacteristicsandinassuringlot-to-lotuniformityofthematerialsbeingtestedexceptasnotedin3.3.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
