本标准规定了煤矿用高浓度热导式甲烧传感器的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于煤矿井下环境监测和可燃气抽放中使用的高浓度(0~100%)热导式甲烷传感器和高、低浓度甲烷传感器(以下简称传感器)中利用热导测量高浓度甲烷部分。

【摘要】:Harmfulbiologicalorparticulatecontaminantsmayenterthedevicethroughleaks.Theseleaksarefrequentlyfoundatsealsbetweenpackagecomponentsofthesameordissimilarmaterials.Leaksmayalsoresultfromapinholeinthepackagingmaterial.Thisdyepenetrantprocedureisapplicableonlytoindividualleaksinapackageseal.Thepresenceofanumberofsmallleaks,asfoundinporouspackagingmaterial,whichcouldbedetectedbyothertechniques,willnotbeindicated.Thereisnogeneralagreementconcerningthelevelofleakagethatislikelytobedeleterioustoaparticularpackage.However,sincethesetestsaredesignedtodetectleakage,componentsthatexhibitanyindicationofleakagearenormallyrejected.Sinceleaksmaychangeinsizewithdifferentambientconditions,comparisonsbetweenteststationsarenotconclusive.Thereforethismethodisusuallyemployedasago,no-gotest.Thedyesolutionwillwickthroughanyporousmaterialovertime,butusuallynotwithinthemaximumtimesuggested.Ifwickingdoesoccur,itmaybeverifiedbyobservingtheporoussideofthesubjectsealarea.Thedyewillhavediscoloredthesurfaceofthematerial.Whenpuncturingthepackagingtoallowinjectionofthedyepenetrantsolution,careshouldbetakennottopunctureotherpackagesurfaces.Puncturingofthepackageisfacilitatedifitisdoneadjacenttoadummydeviceinsidethepackage.Thedevicewillprovideatentingeffectthatwillseparatethetwosidesofthepackage,reducingthechanceofaccidentalpunctureofbothsides.1.1Thistestmethoddefinesmaterialsandaprocedurethatwilldetectandlocatealeakequalorgreaterthanachannelformedbya50956;m(0.002in.)wireinpackageedgesealsformedbetweenatransparentfilmandaporoussheetmaterial.Adyepenetrantsolutionisappliedlocallytothesealedgetobetestedforleaks.Aftercontactwiththedyepenetrantforaspecifiedtime,thepackageisvisuallyinspectedfordyepenetration.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedforuseonpackageswithedgesealsformedbetweenatransparentfilmandaporoussheetmaterial.Thistestmethodislimitedtoporousmaterialswhichcanretainthedyepenetrantsolutionandpreventitfromdiscoloringtheentiresealareaforaminimumof20s.Uncoatedpapersareespeciallysusceptibletoleakageandmustbeevaluatedcarefullyfrousewiththistestmethod.1.3Thistestmethodrequiresthatthedyepenetranthavegoodcontrasttotheopaquepackagingmaterial.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
